In his final year in law school, he was awarded the Harry Elias Partnership LLP Prize for the Top Student in Negotiation and Mediation. Nicholas practises litigation work in a wide variety of areas including civil and commercial disputes, construction disputes, tenancy matters, moneylenders'€™ actions, tort law, contentious divorce and other matrimonial proceedings under the Women'€™s Charter. Nicholas, who meticulously pays close attention to detail, has experience drafting contracts for commercial ventures and partnerships, as well as franchises. He also drafts wills and other legal documents. Nicholas takes an interest in small businesses and is available to advise on business owners'€™ rights under the Companies Act, as well as assist in various company-related matters.
