   About Me

Viviene has represented and defended clients in all areas of civil litigation. She has handled a broad spectrum of cases ranging from simple cases to complex and contentious matters at all levels of the Singapore Court hierarchy. From time to time, she handles minor criminal matters stemming from road traffic offences, assault cases to minor drug offences. As well as being a litigator, Viviene is an accredited mediator. She received her mediation training from Regent’s University London and the Singapore Mediation Centre and has been an Associate Mediator with the State Courts and Singapore Mediation Centre since 2010. She is currently also a Senior Mediator with the Law Society Mediation Scheme and an accredited mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute. Viviene has conducted several mediations on a variety of disputes at the State Courts Court Dispute Resolution Centre, Small Claims Tribunal, the Singapore Mediation Centre and the Law Society of Singapore. In 2017, Viviene received her arbitration qualifications and become a Fellow with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, thus enabling her to conduct Mediation-Arbitration. In 2018, Viviene was awarded the State Court’s Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award (Advocate & Solicitor Category Winner), in appreciation for her invaluable contributions to the judiciary. Viviene’s aim is to help simplify legal processes and ensure that everyone receives good quality legal advice. Viviene is happily married with three children. She enjoys being a lawyer and helping others where she can.
